    Cam currently serves as the lead planner of the Acres Homes Neighborhood for the Mayor's Complete Community initiative for the City of Houston. In addition, he is the Lead Planner for Economic Development in the City's Planning & Development Department.

    Prior to coming to the City of Houston, Yearty served the City of Sugar Land as their Public-Private Partnerships Manager. In that role, he worked with public and private partners on the city's marquee developments, including the Historic Imperial Sugar Factory Site Redevelopment, Sugar Land Town Square, and future development adjacent to the Smart Financial Centre.

    Alongside his spouse, Cam currently serves as a Resident Associate at Rice University's Sid Richardson College. The Yeartys live alongside and mentor undergraduate students, supporting the intellectual, social, and cultural activities within the college.

    Yearty received his Bachelor’s in Economics & Environmental Studies from Mercer University, and he earned a Master's in Environmental Planning & Design from the (two-time, presently-defending College Football National Champions) University of Georgia.

    Lindsey currently serves as the lead planner of the Sunnyside Neighborhood for the Mayor's Complete Community initiative for the City of Houston. With a diverse and extensive background in project management, she has over 10 years of experience in the AEC industry.

    During her career at Gensler, Williams worked on several notable corporate campus projects including the Exxon Mobil Campus in Spring, TX and BHP Billiton high-rise campus in downtown Houston. She is most passionate about the non-profit partnerships and relationships she has built through her work in the Houston area. A few of her proudest career moments have been serving as a job captain for the 5th Ward Community Renaissance Project in partnership with Gensler, Starbucks, and the 5th Ward CRC as well as serving on the NOMA steering committee to plan and execute the first Project Pipeline program in Houston.

    Lindsey currently serves on the steering committee for the AIA Women of Color Equity Series. She was selected by the AIA Women in Architecture organization as a Mentor in 2018. She is also a member of the National Organization of Minority Architects and a Class VI graduate of the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce Houston Black Leadership Institute . Additionally, she volunteers time to serve on the Prairie View A&M University Architecture Alumni Group.

    Williams received both a Bachelor’s of Science and a Masters of Architecture from Prairie View A&M University and served as Miss Prairie View A&M University in 2006. Lindsey is also a proud wife and mother.
