ACTION STEPS: Establish a Fort Bend Houston Education Coalition to strengthen partnerships between parents, teachers, administrators, local businesses, and community leaders to support the success of area schools, including strong parent-teacher organizations, volunteer and service programs, funding, scholarships, and student support
